Top o’ the mornin’ (or afternoon) and a Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
This month is going to be my first holiday-themed cookbook excursion! After a successful trip to the library yesterday, I found this lovely Irish cookbook just in time for St. Patty’s. I present to you, March’s cookbook:
Several of these recipes looked manageable, but others required knowing how to make/obtain black pudding or fresh rabbit meat. I chose this book so that I’d know whether or not the food looked right… and I always was a sucker for a book with pretty pictures inside.
I will be attempting to make an authentic Irish dinner tonight. So you can expect a follow-up post in the next few days! Wish me luck!
